As we close out 2020 those of us in the wedding industry cannot wait to say goodbye to this year because we are so ready to leave it in the past…see ya!

Since late March we have seen a record breaking amount of Wedding changes, postponements and even cancellations. With no idea of what the future would bring or what ‘zone’ each district would be in at any given time we were all left treading water, waiting for the green light.

As chaotic as the industry was, there were still many couples who chose to forge ahead and make their dreams a reality, one way or another. We saw the emergence of ‘micro-weddings’ and the rise in popularity of backyard ceremonies & receptions, which we adore.

Looking forward to 2021, the truth is that we have no idea what to expect but we have weddings planned, so we would like to hear from some of our 2020 Simcoe County Couples!
